- Our Process Involves Lots of Communication!
- We want to work with you on your credit, so we need you to send us all information you receive regarding
your accounts.
- Email Gina at gina@eoppnet.com for updates and questions. This is the best way to reach her.
- We also send out email to client(s) confirming the conversation with them and what this process will
entail.
- You are added to our autoresponder to give you more information about the process.
- We then log into client’s True Credit Account.
- We print out Credit Score and Credit Report.
- We analyze report and assign your account to an in house processor.
- Dispute for derogs., delinquents, and collection accts online.
- Send out Cease and Desist letters (where applicable).
- We dispute excessive inquiries as necessary.
- Communicate with clients & will keep them updated on any changes.
- Re-dispute items for a second time using information from bureaus that was sent to clients.
- Clients will be contacted at least once a month and more if necessary.
- Log into your own True Credit account for updates on your score, but do not dispute items yourself.
- During the course of this process, client will receive updates and reminders, such as paying their bills
on time and also asking them once again to send in any and all documents pertaining to their file.
